Event Formats

Evening Resets — Sacred Self Fridays


A monthly wind-down designed to soften your nervous system and reconnect with your needs. These sessions often include breathwork, sound healing, journaling, light movement, and a nourishing meal or treat.


 Half-Day Immersives— Explore Wellness

Longer sessions that feature guest experts who lead discussions or activities, answering questions on focused wellness topics — from hormonal balance and emotional regulation to plant medicine and somatic integration.
 

These experiences always include hands-on practice, food and beverage, and space for connection.


Each Gathering Includes:

  • A nourishing meal, drink, or snack
  • A guided experience or practice
  • Group discussion or Q&A
  • Take-home reflections or tools
  • 7–15 guests max for meaningful connection
