Join a small circle of like-minded women in a safe, welcoming space where you’ll honor your body, mind, and spirit, setting the stage for a mindful, intentional weekend.
•Gentle Stretching (20 minutes): Ease tension and open the body with gentle stretches, preparing yourself for a peaceful and engaging experience.
•Quick Break: A few minutes for refreshments and chatting
•Candlelight Soundbath (30 minutes): Immerse yourself in a soothing sound journey by candlelight, letting the harmonious vibrations calm the mind and encourage deep relaxation.
•Guided Breathwork (15 minutes): Reconnect with your breath through a short, guided practice that will leave you feeling centered and refreshed.
•Journaling, Reflection, and Q&A: Take a moment to capture insights and inspirations, followed by a space for shared reflections and any questions about the activities.
•Dinner & Drinks: Conclude the evening with a nourishing dinner, featuring a selection of wine and non-alcoholic beverages to unwind and enjoy in the company of new friends.

Myeisha is the founder of Amani Massage & Wellness, a Phoenix-based practice dedicated to providing holistic, sustainable solutions for overcoming chronic physical pain, anxiety, depression, and burnout.
She's an author, a licensed massage therapist, and a breathwork and meditation guide.
In addition to her work in holistic health and wellness, Myeisha is an accomplished content strategist, digital marketer, and copywriter with more than 20 years of experience across various industries, including technology, finance, healthcare, as well as state and federal government.
Melinda (Mel) is the founder of Alora Wellness, a practice focused on using sound and movement as medicine.
Her sound healing, yoga, and fitness offerings lead clients into deep relaxation and facilitates mindfulness, clarity, and focus.
Stacie is the founder of Heart, Art, and Advocacy (a subsidiary of StacieJ Communications) an organization that fosters mental health and overall wellness while empowering individuals and organizations through storytelling and strategic consultations.
She is an author and a dedicated behavioral health technician and physical activity coach who uses her lived experience, education, and certifications to integrate art therapy, self-healing, mindfulness, coaching, and consultations to promote mental health awareness and support.
With a Master's in Law (business emphasis) and a Bachelor's in Nonprofit Management, Stacie combines academic expertise with certifications in Recovery and Peer Support, Therapeutic Art, Self-Healing, and Mindfulness Life Coaching.
