Yoga for Emotional Release (led by 600hr-trained yoga instructor, Falice Richardson) 


This 30-minute session will use gentle movement and breath to support the body’s natural ability to release emotional tension and stored energy.


 The Science & Energy of Emotion (led by massage therapist and breathwork facilitator, Myeisha Thompson)


Learn how emotions manifest in the body, how to recognize their physical cues, and how to use somatic (body-based) awareness as a pathway to emotional intelligence and resilience.

Falice Richardson: Certified Yoga Instructor

Falice Richardson is a 600-hour-certified yoga teacher with additional specialized training in Prenatal (85hrs), Women’s Health (40hrs), and Children's Yoga (30hrs).


Her teaching offers feminine-centered experiences honoring the natural rhythms and sacred phases of womanhood, blending movement, mindfulness, and soulful sounds.

Sarah Spearin: Sound Healing Practitioner

Falice Richardson: Certified Yoga Instructor

Sarah Spearin is a Certified Yoga Nidra and Sound Healing Practitioner and owner of Syncing Into Bliss, LLC. She is passionate about helping others to heal, transform, and manage stress that may stem from areas such as daily life, a health concern, or career dissatisfaction. 


Sarah became certified in Yoga Nidra through the Southwest Institute of Healing Arts in 2022. By 2024, she became certified in sound healing for both individuals and groups through the Sound Healing Academy.

In addition to her work in holistic health and wellness, Myeisha is an accomplished content strategist, digital marketer, and copywriter with more than 20 years of experience across various industries, including technology, finance, healthcare, and government.
